Small Group Training
If you do not like the pressure of one-on-one training, or if you want to train with the support of a friend, then small group training is a great option. Small group training has the benefits of individual training, but you get to work with a friend or a few friends! The sessions are limited to 4 individuals. Each individual will receive a basic assessment, custom program, and coaching feedback.
Fitness Camps in the Park
Fitness camps are for every fitness level! This 45-minute boot camp styled class encompasses high intense cardio, strength training, plyometrics, and agility drills that will tone every inch of your body! This no nonsense total body workout is great for anyone looking for a fun and new way to challenge themselves! Get ready to work hard and to meet many new people!
